Chairman
Coming from a family where UK-China was a constant topic in business discussions over three generations, Jack became the first Perry to live in China in 2006. During his 4-year tenure in Shanghai and Beijing, he immersed himself in the business, establishing companies under the LEC banner.
Jon Mitchell
CEO
Jon Mitchell is the Chief Executive Officer of LEC Beverages Group and also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of London Export Corporation.
Based in London, he brings extensive leadership experience in the beverage and export sectors.
Jon is an alumnus of University College London, University of London
Paul Baxendale
Board Advisor
Paul Baxendale is a multifaceted professional whose career spans entrepreneurship, academia, and athletic coaching. He currently serves as a Director and Board Advisor at LEC Beverages Group.
Beyond his corporate role, Paul offers life and physique coaching, drawing from his extensive background in bodybuilding and philosophy.
Transitioning from sports, Paul delved into academic studies, earning first-class honors degrees in Literature and History.
